Early Bird Registration
Early Bird registration will be open from 1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016. See chart below for rates.
Regular Registration
Regular registration will open 31 March and last until 26 June 2016
On-Site Registration
This rate plan is only available onsite at the conference from 4 July 2016 through 8 July 2016.
Day Registrations
Day registration fees are 25% of the applicable Regular Registration Rate and are not subject to discount for Group 3. You can purchase day registrations on-site (no advance sales) in U.S. funds only.
Payment Plans:
We are excited to offer two payment plans for General Conference:
1. 3-month plan at the Promo Rate (USD $295) – NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Three equal payments of $98.33 will be charged on the 1st of each month starting in February 2015 with a final payment on 1 March 2015. NOTE: your first payment will be charged the day you sign up in January 2015.

2. 18-month plan at the Early Bird Rate (USD $375)
Eighteen equal payments of $20.83 will be charged on the 1st of each month starting in February 2015 with a final payment on 1 June 2016. NOTE: your first payment will be charged the day you sign up. The amount of your first payment will be $20.83 multiplied by the month we are in so that you can catch up.

Note for Clergy and In-Care Students:
For active clergy, presentation of current (2016) clergy license is required before receiving your voting card for the Business Meeting.
For retired clergy, retired verification is required before receiving your voting card for the Business Meeting.
For In-Care Students (who have voice but no vote privileges at the Business Meeting) verification is required before you are seated in the Business Meeting.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available on a sliding scale.
Refund requested by 31 December 2015 100% refund
Refund requested by 28 February 2016 50% refund
Refunds requested after 28 February 2016 are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may request your registration be transferred into the name of another person, or you may request your registration be counted as a donation toward the conference program.
If you have special circumstances, a refund may be available upon the approval of Director of Operations, Barb Crabtree.
